ShoSoft may withhold, deny, or cancel a gift card in cases of duplicate registrations, fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion, or failure to satisfy the promotion requirements. ShoSoft's decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, completion of a demo, and distribution of gift cards are final and binding.

Any participant who has satisfied all eligibility requirements and completed all required promotion activities prior to such modification, suspension, or termination will remain eligible to receive any earned gift card.
