It depends on your team size and the features you need. Essentials ($79/mo) is built for independent venues managing bookings with a small team — you get unlimited events, a master calendar, and basic inventory and workforce tools. Professional ($159/mo) adds accounting, exhibitor booth sales, project management, and up to 5 team members — ideal if you're running regular events with staff to coordinate. Enterprise ($239/mo) is for high-volume venues that need unlimited team members, unlimited inventory and vendors, and a dedicated account manager. Not sure? What does ShoSoft replace — do I still need my other tools?

ShoSoft is designed to replace the 3 - 8 disconnected tools most venues cobble together — spreadsheets, Google Calendar, QuickBooks, Asana, and more. Everything lives in one place: calendar, contracts, invoicing, staffing, inventory, ticketing, and accounting. Most venues are fully up and running in under an hour.

Are there any extra fees beyond the monthly subscription?

There are two additional costs to be aware of. First, payment processing fees: 1.20% on Essentials, 0.50% on Professional, and 0.20% on Enterprise. Second, onboarding and data migration are available as optional add-ons for Essentials ($300) and Professional ($150), and included free on Enterprise. There are no hidden monthly fees beyond your plan price.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time — there are no long-term contracts or lock-in. ShoSoft is designed so you only pay for what you need, and you can scale up as your venue grows.
