ShoSoft replaces the spreadsheets, calendars and disconnected tools most venues run on: booking, staffing, inventory and invoicing in one place. It was built inside a working venue, Magic Box Event Campus in Los Angeles.
Now we want 10 more venues using it every day and telling us what works and what doesn't. Founding Venues get a year free, hands-on help getting set up, and a direct say in what we build.

Who it's for
A good fit if you:
- run an independent venue: conference center, creative or multi-use space, performing arts venue, community center
- host anywhere from 20 to 300 events a year
- run things on spreadsheets, shared calendars or a patchwork of tools
- have 1 to 6 people handling events and operations

Applications close when all 10 spots are filled.
Paying up front shows you're committed, and that's what we need from Founding Venues. If you meet the participation commitments, we refund the $199 at day 30, and months 2 to 12 are free. If you don't, you've paid for one month and can cancel or keep going at the regular price.
Doing real work in it: creating or updating events, assigning staff or inventory, sending quotes or invoices. Logging in alone doesn't count. You'll see your own activity, and we'll check in weekly so there are no surprises at day 30.
Your plan continues at the founding rate unless you cancel. We'll remind you before you're charged, and you can cancel any time from your account settings.
Tell us. Things happen during busy seasons. We care about genuine use and honest feedback, not perfect attendance.
Most venues are running real events within a week. We do the data move for you: send us your spreadsheets, calendar and booking list, and we'll set everything up.
It's yours. You can export it at any time.
