MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other apps. It is how your assistant reaches your ShoSoft account, with your permission.
Essentials and Professional can ask questions. Enterprise can ask and make changes. AI connections aren't part of the Free plan. Compare plans.
Before it emails a client, deletes a record or logs a payment, it shows you a preview and waits for your OK. ShoSoft keeps a history of every change it makes, and you can undo most of them with one click. Emails that have already gone out can't be unsent.
It only sees what your ShoSoft login can see, and never another customer's data. It can't change your password, plan or payment details, charge a card or send payouts. It only emails your team and your clients' contacts, and never sends account invites.
