Set up ticket types, sell tickets, create invoices, and record payments.
How do I create ticket types?
Steps
Open the event and go to Tickets & Passes.
Click Create Ticket Type.
Name it and set price and quantity.
Create.
Good to know: You don’t need Stripe connected to create ticket types — only to accept payment for them. ShoSoft charges a flat $1 fee per ticket sold through the platform, which can be passed along to the buyer.
How do I sell tickets through ShoSoft?
Steps
Make sure Stripe is connected so you can collect payment.
Publish your ticket types — buyers can purchase directly.
Monitor sales from the event’s Tickets dashboard.
